Anxiety can present itself in different ways to different people. Some common mental and physical symptoms include –

- Shaking or trembling

- Feeling sick
- Tiredness
- Dizziness
- A fast, hard or irregular heartbeat
- Faster breathing
- Muscular aches and pains
- Headaches
- Pins and needles
- Finding it hard to get to or stay asleep
- Changes in sex drive
