Anxiety comes in many forms. Some of us experience anxiety when faced with specific situations which worry us such as small spaces, large crowds or job interviews.

Others are affected by anxiety which doesn’t subside or go away without help. When anxiety starts to get in the way of your enjoyment in life, it’s time to do something about it.
